Ripe Banana Parotas - Aggu

Ingredients:
2 overripe bananas
2 cups wheat flour
1 avocado (optional)
salt to taste
ghee to fry

Steps:
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and avocado.
  2. Add flour and knead well without adding any water initially. Once the dough forms, add water if needed. 
  3. Roll into square shapes.

  4. Heat a little ghee in a pan. 
  5. Add the rolled parotas and fry well on both sides.
  6. ENJOY!
