Ingredients:
2 overripe bananas
2 cups wheat flour
1 avocado (optional)
salt to taste
ghee to fry
Steps:
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and avocado.
- Add flour and knead well without adding any water initially. Once the dough forms, add water if needed.
- Roll into square shapes.
- Heat a little ghee in a pan.
- Add the rolled parotas and fry well on both sides.
