Creamy Cheesy Cauliflower - Jean

Ingredients:

1/2 kg cauliflower
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
1 cup cooking cream
1/8th tsp turmeric powder
chili flakes to taste
1 cup cheddar or parmesan cheese

Steps:

  1. Boil the cauliflower with salt till it is soft. 
  2. Rinse the cauliflower with clean water and drain completely. 

  3. In a pan, heat butter.
  4. Add the cauliflower, 1/2 tbsp salt and pepper and sauté till it crumbles. 
  5. Add cooking cream and mix well. Let it cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add turmeric powder, chili flakes and mix well. Cook covered for 2-3 minutes. 
  7. When it reaches your desired consistency, add the cheese and cover till ready to serve. 
  8. ENJOY!
