Ingredients:
1/2 kg cauliflowersalt to taste
pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp butter
1 cup cooking cream
1/8th tsp turmeric powder
chili flakes to taste
chili flakes to taste
1 cup cheddar or parmesan cheese
Steps:
- Boil the cauliflower with salt till it is soft.
- Rinse the cauliflower with clean water and drain completely.
- In a pan, heat butter.
- Add the cauliflower, 1/2 tbsp salt and pepper and sauté till it crumbles.
- Add cooking cream and mix well. Let it cook for 1 minute.
- Add turmeric powder, chili flakes and mix well. Cook covered for 2-3 minutes.
- When it reaches your desired consistency, add the cheese and cover till ready to serve.
