Ingredients
To grind:
5-10 green chillies (adjust to your spice level)
2 kashmiri chillies
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
4-6 tbsp coconut milk powder
6 eggs
2 potatoes (cubes)
2 potatoes (cubes)
1 onion (sliced)
1 green onion/spring onion
1/4" ginger (finely chopped)
To grind:
5-10 green chillies (adjust to your spice level)
2 kashmiri chillies
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
4-6 tbsp coconut milk powder
Steps:
- Hard boil the eggs, create slits on the side and set aside.
- Grind the masala to a fine paste.
- In a vessel, heat ghee.
- Add the onion, green onion, ginger and the ground masala and bring to a boil with 1 cup water.
- Add the boiled eggs and potatoes to the curry. Bring the curry to a boil and continue cooking till potatoes are cooked.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
- If the curry is too spicy, add more coconut milk powder and 1-2tsp vinegar and bring to a boil.
