Ingredients:
1 kg fish (cleaned with slits)
For the marinade
6 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp chicken kabab/65 powder
1 tsp tandoori powder
1 tsp bafat powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp salt
2 caps vinegar
water
Steps:

Steps:
- Mix all the marinade ingredients and make a thick paste.
- Apply the marinade on the fish and in between the slits.
- Leave it out on the counter for about an hour then refrigerate for 24 hours.
- In a pan, heat oil for shallow frying.
- Add the fish and fry well on both sides.
- ENJOY!
- Store any excess paste in the fridge.
