Fish Fry - Ivan uncle

Ingredients:
1 kg fish (cleaned with slits)

For the marinade
6 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp chicken kabab/65 powder
1 tsp tandoori powder
1 tsp bafat powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp salt
2 caps vinegar
water

Steps:
  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients and make a thick paste.
  2. Apply the marinade on the fish and in between the slits.
  3. Leave it out on the counter for about an hour then refrigerate for 24 hours.

  4. In a pan, heat oil for shallow frying.
  5. Add the fish and fry well on both sides.
  6. ENJOY!
Notes:
  • Store any excess paste in the fridge.
