Steps:
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken (cut with slits)
1 big onion (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 ½ tsp vegetable powder (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp dessicated coconut/coconut milk powder
2 cardamom pods
1 kg chicken (cut with slits)

2 tbsp dessicated coconut/coconut milk powder
2 cardamom pods
1-2 sprigs curry leaves
2 tbsp oil
Steps:
- Heat oil.
- Season with crushed garlic and curry leaves.
- On slow fire, fry onions till brown.
- Add tomato paste and brown a little, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add vegetable powder, chicken pieces and 1/2 cup hot water. Cook covered till chicken is cooked.
- Add coconut milk powder and cardamom.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
- You can add 1-2 potatoes cut in cubes when the chicken is half cooked and continue cooking covered.
