Ingredients:
For the masala powder15 red chIllies
4 tbsp coriander seeds
4 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp jeera
For the masala pov
2-3 cups pov
3 sprigs curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
2-3 tbsp grated coconut
pinch of salt
3 tbsp sugar
Steps:
- One by one, dry roast the red chilies, coriander seeds, jeera.
- Powder the ingredients in a dry grinder.
- In a pan, heat oil.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add it to the pov.
- Add the coconut, masala powder, salt and sugar and mix well by hand.
