Ingredients:
oil
1 capsicum (cut into small squares)
2 big tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
6 eggs
50 gms minced meat or meatballs
3-4 green chilis (chopped)
3-4 tbsp cheese (cheddar, gouda, parmesan or any other )
rosemary or oregano to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Steps:
- In a pan, heat oil.
- Add capsicum, onion and green chilis and saute till onions turn pinkish.
- Add tomato, cook till the oil separates.
- Add the minced meat and a little water and cook till the meat is cooked well and the gravy is semi dry.
- Add the eggs, salt, pepper and cheese and cook covered till the eggs are done to your liking.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
- If you are preparing the dish for lunch, add 1 chopped onion.
