Mogay (madras cucumber) Salad - Ivan uncle

Ingredients:

1/4 kg mogay (cut into 3-4 long slices)
1/2" ginger (finely chopped)
1 green chili (chopped or sliced)
1/2 tsp salt 
vinegar to taste

Steps:

  1. Wash and peel the mogay. Cut a small piece and taste to make sure it is not bitter.
  2. Cut into small, fine slices. 
  3. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients together and mix well with your fingers.
  4. ENJOY!
