200 gms paneer cubes
1 tbsp dried mint/parsley/coriander leaves (garnish)
2 tbsp ghee
For the marinade:
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp ghee
2-3 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp turmeric
3/4 tsp red chili / bafat powder
1/4 tsp stew powder
1/2 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp stew powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp dried mint
1 tbsp dried mint
1/2 tsp salt
Steps:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the marinade with a little water to form a thick paste.
- Add the paneer cubes in to the bowl and coat well. Set aside, preferably for 15-20 minutes.
- In a pan, heat ghee.
- Add the paneer and fry till golden brown on one side.
- Flip the paneer and lightly fry on the other side.
- Garnish with coriander leaves or dried mint.
