Crab Pepper Curry - Aunty Yvonne

Ingredients
2 kgs crabs
2 onions (finely chopped)
3 green chillies
1" ginger
4 cloves garlic
1 medium tomato 
2 tsp pepper powder
1 cup water
salt to taste
vinegar to taste

Steps:
  1. In a vessel, heat oil. 
  2. Add curry leaves.
  3. Add onions, green chilli, ginger, garlic and tomato and fry well.
  4. Add pepper powder and fry again.
  5. Add crabs and 1 cup of water and boil.
  6. Add a little vinegar and salt to taste.
  7. ENJOY!
