Pork Chops - Chrysl

Ingredients:
1/2 kg pork chops

For the marinade
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1/4 cup mint leaves
2-3 green chillies (depending on the spice)
10-15 cloves garlic
2" ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
salt to taste

Steps:
  1. Wash the chops and drain out excess water.

  2. Grind all the ingredients for the marinade to a thick, fine paste. 
  3. Apply the marinade onto the chops. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. You can either bake the chops in an oven preheated to 200C for 1 hour, turning the sides every half an hour or pan fry them till well cooked and tender.
  5. Serve hot with Greek salad on the side (recipe below)
  6. ENJOY!
