1 tsp ghee
1 small onion (finely chopped)
pepper powder to taste
salt to taste
1 cup yogurt
Steps:
- In a vessel, bring about 1 cup water to a boil.
- Add 1 bunch palak leaves. Cook for 5-7 minutes till rawness goes. Allow it cool, then roughly chop and keep aside.
- In a pan, heat ghee.
- Add the chopped onion. Sauté until slightly pink-brown.
- Add the palak, pepper powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add the yogurt and mix.
- Serve cold.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
- Ghee is essential. Do not substitute it for oil.
