Sprouted Moong Salad - Polly aunty

Ingredients:

300-350 gms sprouted moong
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1" ginger (finely chopped)
1/2 lemon - juice
3-4 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste

Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients together and mix well. 
  2. ENJOY!
