Whiskey Balls - Jean

Ingredients: 

125 gms vanilla wafers
1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
1 cup broken pecans, walnuts, cashews
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp condensed milk
1 tbsp heavy cream
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup whiskey

1 cup icing sugar (to roll the balls in)

Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, crush the wafers. 
  2. Add the pecans, vanilla extract, condensed milk, heavy cream and cocoa powder. Combine well. 
  3. Shape into balls.
  4. Roll the balls in the icing sugar and refrigerate for about an hour.
  5. ENJOY!
