Ingredients:
125 gms vanilla wafers
1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
1 cup broken pecans, walnuts, cashews
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp condensed milk
1 tbsp heavy cream
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup whiskey
1 cup icing sugar (to roll the balls in)
Steps:
- In a large bowl, crush the wafers.
- Add the pecans, vanilla extract, condensed milk, heavy cream and cocoa powder. Combine well.
- Shape into balls.
- Roll the balls in the icing sugar and refrigerate for about an hour.
