Ingredients:
12 slices bread
3 eggs
3 cups milk
1 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
4 tbsp sugar (add more if you like it sweeter)
1/4 tbsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup almonds (peeled)
1/2 cup cashew nuts

2 tbsp sunflower seeds (optional)
3/4 tsp salt
2 bananas (sliced thin)

1/2 cup chocolate chips
Steps:
- Chop bread crust & place at the bottom of a glass casserole. Cut the rest of the bread and place above.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Add the milk, vanilla essence, sugar, cinnamon powder and salt. Mix together.
- Pour the mixture over the bread and let it soak the milk. Press down lightly with a spoon.
- Add the almonds, cashew nuts and sunflower seeds.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- When almost done, add a layer of sliced bananas.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and continue baking till you poke a knife and it comes out clean.
