Ingredients:
6 sole fish fillets (or king fish)
To marinate:
2 tbsp bafat powder
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
To fry:
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 sprigs curry leaves
Steps:
- Marinate the fish in bafat powder, salt and vinegar. Refrigerate overnight.
- In a pan, heat coconut oil.
- Add the fennel seeds and curry leaves and fry for a few seconds.
- Add the fish and all the extra masala into the pan for some crispy crunchy fried masala. Fry well.
