Fish Fry - Oreen

Ingredients:
6 sole fish fillets (or king fish)

To marinate
:
2 tbsp bafat powder
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt

To fry:
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 sprigs curry leaves

Steps:
  1. Marinate the fish in bafat powder, salt and vinegar. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. In a pan, heat coconut oil.
  3. Add the fennel seeds and curry leaves and fry for a few seconds. 
  4. Add the fish and all the extra masala into the pan for some crispy crunchy fried masala. Fry well.
  5. ENJOY!
