Ingredients:
1 handful almonds
1/2 handful walnuts
1 handful sunflower and pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp chia seeds
100 gms 90% dark chocolate
2 1/2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla essence
other nuts of your preference *(optional)
Steps:
- In a bowl, mix together the nuts and seeds.
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Place a bowl above it. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil.
- Add the vanilla essence. Combine well.
- Add the nuts and coat well.
- Place 1 tbsp clusters on a large airtight container.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
