Keto Nut Clusters - Jean

Ingredients:
1 handful almonds
1/2 handful walnuts
1 handful sunflower and pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp chia seeds
100 gms 90% dark chocolate
2 1/2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla essence

other nuts of your preference *(optional) 

Steps:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the nuts and seeds. 
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. 
  3. Place a bowl above it. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil. 
  4. Add the vanilla essence. Combine well.
  5. Add the nuts and coat well. 
  6. Place 1 tbsp clusters on a large airtight container.
  7. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. 
  8. ENJOY!
