700 gms potatoes
100 gms salted butter
100 gms cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 tbsp garlic powder
pepper powder to taste
salt to taste
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil

Steps:

Steps:
- Cut the potatoes in half and put them in the pressure cooker with 1 tbsp salt and with the potatoes covered partially. Pressure cook for 3 whistles or till the potatoes are thoroughly cooked and fluffy.
- If desired the potatoes can be used with the skin, otherwise peel the potatoes and mash them till smooth.
- Add the melted butter, and mash till incorporated.
- Warm the milk and add it to the mash along with the cream cheese. More milk can be added if a creamier texture is desired.
- Add the garlic powder, pepper powder, oregano, basil and rosemary. Add the cayenne if required and salt to taste.
- Mash thoroughly and garnish with chives or spring onions.
