Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted moong1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp amchur powder (see notes)
1 cup yogurt (add more if desired)
salt to taste
salt to taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
Steps:
- Boil the sprouted moong with a little water until it is cooked, but firm. Cool and drain completely.
- In a large bowl, add the sprouted moong, chaat masala, amchur powder, salt, pepper. Mix well.
- Add the yogurt and mix.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
- If yoghurt is sour, avoid adding amchur.
