Moong Salad with Yogurt - Marina

Ingredients:

1 cup sprouted moong
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp amchur powder (see notes)
1 cup yogurt (add more if desired)
salt to taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder 

Steps:

  1. Boil the sprouted moong with a little water until it is cooked, but firm. Cool and drain completely.

  2. In a large bowl, add the sprouted moong, chaat masala, amchur powder, salt, pepper. Mix well. 
  3. Add the yogurt and mix. 
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves. 
  5. ENJOY! 
Notes:
  • If yoghurt is sour, avoid adding amchur.
