Tuna Salad - Jean

Ingredients:

2 cans tuna (drained)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 small tomato (finely chopped)
1 green chili (finely chopped) *Optional
1" ginger (finely chopped)
salt to taste
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

Steps:

  1. Drain most of the oil or water from the tuna can.

  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. 
  3. ENJOY!
