Ingredients:
1 flatbread (yufka)
2 kiri cheese (or feta/cream cheese)
handful of parsley or spinach (chopped)
4 slices of salami
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
Steps:
- In a small bowl, mix the cheese and parsley together. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the salami and fry. Keep aside.
- Lay the flatbread out, folding it in to a semi circle.
- Add the cheese filling and the salami in the center.
- *Optional: Season with your choice of spices.
- Carefully, close the flatbread.
- Add it to the pan and coat it with butter.
- Once fried, flip it and coat the other side with butter as well.
- Cut in to desired size and serve hot and crispy.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
- This dish can also be stuffed with potatoes or minced beef/lamb (or any of your favourite stuffing).
