Ingredients:
200 gms cabbage (thinly sliced)1 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 - 1/2 cup heavy cream (or full fat milk if you prefer)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
pinch of chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp ghee
Steps:
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add cabbage. Saute for 5 minutes till slightly brown.
- Add cream, salt and pepper. Mix and cook uncovered on medium heat for 2 minutes till the cream thickens.
- Add chopped parsley and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle a pinch of chili flakes.
