Creamy Cabbage and Parsley- Jean

Ingredients:

200 gms cabbage (thinly sliced)
1 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 - 1/2 cup heavy cream (or full fat milk if you prefer)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
pinch of chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp ghee

Steps:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Add cabbage. Saute for 5 minutes till slightly brown.
  3. Add cream, salt and pepper. Mix and cook uncovered on medium heat for 2 minutes till the cream thickens.
  4. Add chopped parsley and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of chili flakes.
  6. ENJOY!
