Baked Salmon with Stir Fry Spinach - Jean

BAKED SALMON

Ingredients:

500 gms salmon (2 steak fillets)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
sprinkle chili flakes
1/2 lemon juice
drizzle olive oil or butter

Steps:
  1. Place the fish in the baking tray. Cover with foil.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes at 250 F.
  3. ENJOY!

STIR FRY SPINACH















Ingredients: 
1 bunch spinach
8-10 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp butter

Steps:
  1. In a pan, heat butter. 
  2. Add the garlic and fry till golden.
  3. Add the spinach and saute for 2-3 minutes. 
  4. ENJOY!
