BAKED SALMON
Ingredients:
500 gms salmon (2 steak fillets)1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
sprinkle chili flakes
1/2 lemon juice
drizzle olive oil or butter

- Place the fish in the baking tray. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 250 F.
- ENJOY!
STIR FRY SPINACH
Ingredients:
1 bunch spinach
8-10 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp butter
Steps:
- In a pan, heat butter.
- Add the garlic and fry till golden.
- Add the spinach and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- ENJOY!
