Chilli Bajiya - Cellu

Ingredients:
6 chillis
3 tsp chana powder/ gram flour
1 tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp ajwain

Steps:
  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together with a little water to make a thick paste.
  2. Dip the green chillies in the paste and coat well. 
  3. In a wok, heat oil for deep frying. 
  4. Add the chillis and fry till golden. 
  5. ENJOY!
