6 chillis
3 tsp chana powder/ gram flour
1 tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp ajwain

Steps:
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together with a little water to make a thick paste.
- Dip the green chillies in the paste and coat well.
- In a wok, heat oil for deep frying.
- Add the chillis and fry till golden.
