Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
4 slices bread
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp butter for frying
Steps:
FRENCH TOAST
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1 tbsp butter for frying
Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and soak for 10-15 seconds.
- In a pan, heat butter.
- Add the slices and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Optional: Drizzle maple syrup and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
- ENJOY!
BLUEBERRY SAUCE
Ingredients:
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch (dissolved in 2 tbsp water) - *Optional
Steps:
- In a saucepan, add the blueberries in water.
- As it boils, add sugar and , lemon juice and continue boiling for 5 minutes till it thickens.
- Add the corn starch mixture and stir.
- ENJOY!
