Ingredients
1/2 lettuce2 cucumbers
1 tbsp lemon juice
5-6 protein crackers (broken in to small pieces)
1 tbsp dried mint
3 tbsp pomegranate sauce
Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Optional: Add a chopped tomato, sunflower seeds, almonds, cashew nuts or whatever else you like for crunch.
