Strawberry & Blueberry Yogurt Parfait - Jean

Ingredients:
10-12 crushed Weetabix minis or 3 tbsp granola
3-4 strawberries (sliced)
10 blueberries
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
3-4 tbsp yogurt
2-3 tbsp unsalted cashewnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, pumpkin and sunflower seeds (roughly chopped)

Steps:
  1. In a clear glass, add the crushed Weetabix at the bottom.
  2. Add 1 tbsp yogurt, followed by nuts, strawberries, blueberries and maple syrup.
  3. Repeat the layers till the top.
  4. ENJOY!
