Ingredients:
500 gms spinach
2 tbsp butter
6 cloves garlic (minced)
1 medium onion (minced)
120 gms cream cheese
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Steps:

pepper to taste
Steps:
- In a large saucepan, heat butter.
- Add the garlic and onions and saute for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the cream cheese and stir until smooth.
- Add the spinach and nutmeg powder. Simmer for 5 minutes till it thickens a bit.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
- Optional: You can add 1/2 cup half half (cream and milk or substitute with a vegan option) if desired.
