Ingredients:
400 gms macaroni250 gms mixed cheese (cheddar, mozzarella and others of choice)
1 litre milk
salt to taste
Steps:
- Cook the macaroni in milk and salt till creamy.
- Add the shredded cheese and mix well. Save 1/2 cup cheese for later. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese (or parmesan cheese or bread crumbs mixed with melted butter) on top.
- Bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes.
- ENJOY!
Notes:
- Add more milk and cheese if you like a creamier texture.
