Easy Peasy Mac n Cheese - Jean

Ingredients:

400 gms macaroni
250 gms mixed cheese (cheddar, mozzarella and others of choice)
1 litre milk
salt to taste

Steps:

  1. Cook the macaroni in milk and salt till creamy.
  2. Add the shredded cheese and mix well. Save 1/2 cup cheese for later. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining cheese (or parmesan cheese or bread crumbs mixed with melted butter) on top.  
  4. Bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes.
  5. ENJOY!
Notes:
  • Add more milk and cheese if you like a creamier texture.
