Ghee Rice - Oreen

Ingredients:
2 small onions (chopped)
1 tbsp ghee
2" cinnamon sticks
1 aniseed
1 tsp pepper powder
1.5 cups basmati or sona masuri rice
3 cups of water
1 tsp salt


Steps:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee.
  2. Add onions, cinnamon sticks, aniseed and pepper powder and saute until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add basmati or sona masuri rice, water and salt and cook till done.
  4. ENJOY!
