Ingredients:
2 small onions (chopped)1 tbsp ghee
2" cinnamon sticks
1 aniseed
1 tsp pepper powder
1.5 cups basmati or sona masuri rice
3 cups of water
1 tsp salt
Steps:
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee.
- Add onions, cinnamon sticks, aniseed and pepper powder and saute until onions turn golden brown.
- Add basmati or sona masuri rice, water and salt and cook till done.
- ENJOY!
