Rice Bhakri - Daisy aunty

Ingredients
1 cup boiled rice/ukdo tandu (soak overnight)
1/2 tsp salt 
1/2 cup grated coconut
3-4 tbsp sugar (or according to taste)
banana leaves 

Steps:
  1. Grind the rice till fine with salt and a little water. Don't make the batter thin. 
  2. Add coconut and sugar and mix well with your hands.
    Place a ball on a banana leaf and flatten the dough in a round shape. Place another banana leaf on top. 
  3. Heat a tawa and fry the bhakri inside the banana leaf on both sides till the banana leaf becomes dark. Throw away the banana leaf. Fry the bhakri on both sides again.
