Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp corn flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp Roasted Garlic and Peppers Powder
1 tbsp Club House La Grille Chipotle Mango Powder

Steps:
- Meanwhile, preheat oven to 425F.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and slice in to thin, 1/4 inch pieces.
- Soak in cold water for 20-30 minutes.
- Pat dry and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in corn flour and salt and coat lightly.
- Add in olive oil and give it a good toss.
- Place in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and make sure the fries are spaced well. If required, place in 2 different trays but don't overcrowd.
- Bake for 15 minutes and then flip the fries. Continue baking for 15 more minutes.
- Season the fries with powders and place in the oven and broil for 6-7 minutes.
- ENJOY!
- You can season the fries with garlic powder, sweet or smoked paprika powder, chili powder or use any other flavors of your choice.
