Sweet Potato Fries - Colin

Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp corn flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp Roasted Garlic and Peppers Powder
1 tbsp Club House La Grille Chipotle Mango Powder

Steps:
  1. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 425F.

  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and slice in to thin, 1/4 inch pieces.
  3. Soak in cold water for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Pat dry and place in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add in corn flour and salt and coat lightly.
  6. Add in olive oil and give it a good toss.
  7. Place in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and make sure the fries are spaced well. If required, place in 2 different trays but don't overcrowd. 
  8. Bake for 15 minutes and then flip the fries. Continue baking for 15 more minutes.
  9. Season the fries with powders and place in the oven and broil for 6-7 minutes.
  10. ENJOY!
Notes:
  • You can season the fries with garlic powder, sweet or smoked paprika powder, chili powder or use any other flavors of your choice.
