Ingredients:

1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds

To marinate:
1/2 cup whiskey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp red chili powder
Steps:
- Cut the chicken in to 2" cubes.
- In a large bowl, dissolve 1 Maggi chicken cube tablet in 1 cup of hot water.
- Add whiskey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, chili flakes, pepper powder. Mix well.
- Add the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a vessel, heat oil.
- Add the chicken with the marinade and cook uncovered till the gravy thickens and the chicken is fully cooked.
- Add salt, if required.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions (optional)
