Cheese and Garlic Asparagus - Jean

Ingredients:
200 gms asparagus
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp tandoori powder
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp mozarella cheese

Steps:
  1. Wash the asparagus and cut the stalk of the asparagus.
  2. Line the asparagus on a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 400F.
  3. In a bowl, mix together garlic, salt, pepper powder and tandoori powder. Add olive oil and mix well.
  4. Spread over the asparagus and give it a quick mix.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus.
  6. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle mozarella cheese and broil for 3 minutes.
