Ingredients:
140 grams chocolate (roughly chopped)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (cut into pieces)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
3/4 cup all purpose flour/maida
1/4 tsp salt
65 grams chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Line the bottom and sides of an 8 inch" square baking pan with foil and rub butter on it.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and keep aside.
- Place the chocolate and butter in a large bowl and melt in a microwave.
- Combine well, then add cocoa powder and sugar.
- Add vanilla extract and mix.
- Add the beaten eggs to the batter in three parts, combining well each time.
- Stir in the flour, salt, chocolate chips and nuts.
- Pour into the baking pan and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center, it should come out mostly dry with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool, then cut in to desired size.
