Easy Peanut Butter Bites - Jean

Ingredients:
1 cup banana granola/rolled oats/muesli
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup/ honey
3-4 tbsp skimmed milk
3 tbsp strawberry jam *(optional)
Steps:
  1. To a food processor/mixer jar, add the granola/oats and grind for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup and milk. Continue grinding until ingredients are well combined. If needed, stop and scrape down the sides and add more milk or peanut butter. Keep in mind it should be moist enough to shape, but not runny. I
  3. Shape into small round balls of preferred size. If desired, you can add 1/2 tsp jelly inside and then shape in to balls.
  4. ENJOY!
Notes:
  • You can add fresh berries, chia seeds, flax seeds, nuts when grinding. Adjust liquids accordingly.
  • You can roll it in sweetened coconut, sprinkles, cocoa powder or sugar at the end.
