Mashed Sweet Potato - Jean

Ingredients:
500 gms sweet potato
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp cream
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder

 Steps:
  1. Boil the whole sweet potatoes till soft. Check by poking a fork into different parts. Cool, then peel.
  2. Roughly cut the sweet potato, then add to a grinder jar with milk, melted butter, salt and pepper. Pulse for a few seconds till you get a rough mash. 
  3. Remove from the grinder, add cream and mayonnaise. Pulse again till it is creamy with a texture. Serve warm.
