Microwave Couscous - Athena

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat or plain couscous
1 cup water or unsalted organic chicken stock
1/4 tsp salt (skip if the chicken stock you use is salted)

Steps:
  1. Combine all the ingredients in microwave bowl. 
  2. Microwave covered on high for 3 minutes. 
  3. Let sit for 2-3 minutes covered. Fluff with a fork. 
  4. ENJOY!
