Ingredients:
1/2 cup semolina 
1 1/2 cup boiling water 
1/4 cup raisins 
1/2 cup cashews
3/4 tsp cardamom powder 
1/4 cup ghee 
1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar
1 drop yellow food coloring (optional)

Steps:
  1. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp ghee. 
  2. Add the cashews and fry till golden. Transfer to a plate. 
  3. Add the raisins and fry till plump. Transfer to a plate. 
  4. Add the semolina and mix together till the ghee is absorbed. 
  5. Add hot water, food coloring and keep stirring till the water is absorbed.
  6. Add sugar and mix well. 
  7. Add cardamom powder and mix. 
  8. Add cashew nuts and raisins. Mix well and switch off the flame.
