Ingredients:
1 pita bread1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp za'atar
1 tbsp mozarella cheese or labneh *(optional)
Steps:
- Spread olive oil on pita bread.
- Add za'atar and spread evenly.
- Top with mozarella cheese or labneh. Fold in half and place in a toaster or grill for 2 to 3 minutes till crispy.
