Shortcut Zaatar Manakish - Jean

Ingredients:

1 pita bread
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp za'atar
1 tbsp mozarella cheese or labneh *(optional)

Steps:
  1. Spread olive oil on pita bread.
  2. Add za'atar and spread evenly.
  3. Top with mozarella cheese or labneh. Fold in half and place in a toaster or grill for 2 to 3 minutes till crispy.
  4. ENJOY!
