Ingredients:
3 red/yellow/green bell peppers4-5 tbsp mozarella cheese
1 1/2 tbsp ghee
To marinate:
600 gms mutton mince
150 gms tomato paste
1 big onion (finely chopped)
2" ginger (finely chopped)
5-6 big cloves garlic (finely chopped)
3 green chilies (finely chopped)

salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper powder
Steps:
- In a large bowl, add chopped ginger, garlic, onions and green chilies.
- Add tomato paste and minced meat and mix well. Marinate for 2-3 hours.
- In a pan, heat ghee.
- Add the mince and cook covered on medium heat till the meat is almost cooked and the oil separates. Occasionally, add water when the meat dries up so it doesn't burn.
- Cut the bell peppers in half. Place in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Fill in the fried mince and top with mozarella cheese.
- Place in the oven at 200C for 20-25 minutes.
