Ingredients:
4 tbsp ghee
100 gms dark chocolate
1 ripe avocado
2 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup sugar or stevia
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda baking powder
2 tbsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup half and half or milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips and chocolate shavings *(optional)
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt 2 tbsp ghee and dark chocolate together in a microwave in intervals. Keep stirring till it's fully combined. Keep aside.
- To a blender jar, add a ripe avocado and blend until smooth.
- Add in eggs, ghee, melted chocolate, almond flour, stevia, cocoa powder, baking soda and vanilla essence. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- As you scrape down the sides, keep adding a little milk and continue blending.
- Transfer the batter to the baking dish and smooth over the top. Decorate with chocolate chips and chocolate shavings.
- Bake for 25 minutes on 350 (or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean).
- Cool completely, then slice.
