Avocado Chocolate Brownie - Jean

Ingredients:
4 tbsp ghee
100 gms dark chocolate
1 ripe avocado
2 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup sugar or stevia
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda baking powder
2 tbsp vanilla essence 
1/4 cup half and half or milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips and chocolate shavings *(optional)

Steps:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt 2 tbsp ghee and dark chocolate together in a microwave in intervals. Keep stirring till it's fully combined. Keep aside. 
  3. To a blender jar, add a ripe avocado and blend until smooth.
  4. Add in eggs, ghee, melted chocolate, almond flour, stevia, cocoa powder, baking soda and vanilla essence. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. 
  5. As you scrape down the sides, keep adding a little milk and continue blending.
  6. Transfer the batter to the baking dish and smooth over the top. Decorate with chocolate chips and chocolate shavings.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes on 350 (or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean).
  8. Cool completely, then slice.
