Baked Red Bell Peppers - Oreen

Ingredients:
3 red bell peppers (chopped)
3 carrots (chopped)

For the marinade:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sumac 
1 tsp rosemary 
1 tsp pepper powder 

Steps:
  1. Make a marinade with olive oil, salt, sumac, rosemary, pepper powder. 
  2. Add in the carrots and bell peppers and mix well. 
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 400F. 
  4. ENJOY!
