Ingredients:
500 gms chicken
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
2 tbsp coconut milk powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp stew powder
2 tbsp ghee
salt
Steps:
- In a vessel, heat ghee.
- Add the onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, stew powder and coconut milk powder. Saute till the onions and tomatoes are cooked.
- Add the chicken pieces with 1/2 tsp salt, continue cooking till chicken is almost cooked.
- Add 1/2 cup water and potatoes, if desired. Bring to a boil and then simmer till potatoes and chicken are cooked.
