Chicken Curry (no grinding) - Oreen

Ingredients:
500 gms chicken
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
2 tbsp coconut milk powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp stew powder
2 tbsp ghee
salt 

Steps:
  1. In a vessel, heat ghee. 
  2. Add the onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, stew powder and coconut milk powder. Saute till the onions and tomatoes are cooked. 
  3. Add the chicken pieces with 1/2 tsp salt, continue cooking till chicken is almost cooked. 
  4. Add 1/2 cup water and potatoes, if desired. Bring to a boil and then simmer till potatoes and chicken are cooked.
