Chicken Curry (no grinding) - Oreen

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
2 tbsp coconut milk powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp stew powder
1 tsp paprika
1 - 3 tbsp hot sauce 
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp salt (or to taste)

Steps:
  1. In a vessel, heat ghee. 
  2. Add the onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, stew powder and coconut milk powder. Saute till the onions and tomatoes are cooked. Add 1 tsp salt.
  3. Add the chicken pieces with paprika powder and hot sauce to taste and continue cooking till chicken is almost cooked.
  4. Add hot water according to desired consistency and bring to a boil.
  5. ENJOY!
