Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
2 tbsp coconut milk powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp stew powder
1 tsp paprika
1 - 3 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
Steps:
- In a vessel, heat ghee.
- Add the onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, stew powder and coconut milk powder. Saute till the onions and tomatoes are cooked. Add 1 tsp salt.
- Add the chicken pieces with paprika powder and hot sauce to taste and continue cooking till chicken is almost cooked.
- Add hot water according to desired consistency and bring to a boil.
