Ingredients:
1/2 cup bajra/pearl millet
1/3 cup urad dal
1/4 cup moong dal
1 tsp methi seeds
ghee or oil for frying

1/4 cup moong dal
1 tsp methi seeds
ghee or oil for frying
Steps:
- Soak the bajra, dal and methi seeds in water for 8 hours. Grind with a little water to make the batter. Allow to ferment overnight.
- Heat a cast iron pan. Add a tsp of oil or ghee.
- Spread the batter in a circular motion and fry well on both sides.
