Crispy Bajra Dosa - Aggu

Ingredients:
1/2 cup bajra/pearl millet
1/3 cup urad dal
1/4 cup moong dal
1 tsp methi seeds
ghee or oil for frying

Steps:
  1. Soak the bajra, dal and methi seeds in water for 8 hours. Grind with a little water to make the batter. Allow to ferment overnight.
  2. Heat a cast iron pan. Add a tsp of oil or ghee.
  3. Spread the batter in a circular motion and fry well on both sides.
  4. ENJOY!
