To boil:
1/2 kg beef
200 gms tomatoes

1-2 potatoes (cubed)
To grind:
6 green chillies
2 onions
1 piece ginger
few coriander leaves
6 cloves garlic
8 pepper corns
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 piece coconut
To grind:

For tempering:
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 onion (sliced)
salt to taste
1 tbsp vinegar
Steps:
- Boil the beef with potatoes and tomatoes till beef is cooked.
- Grind the masala and keep it aside.
- In a vessel, heat ghee.
- Add the sliced onion and fry till brown.
- Add the cooked meat, ground masala, vinegar and salt to taste.
- Simmer for 1/2 an hour.
