Beef Curry with Green Masala - Karen Pereira

Ingredients:
To boil:
1/2 kg beef
200 gms tomatoes
1-2 potatoes (cubed)

To grind:
6 green chillies
2 onions
1 piece ginger
few coriander leaves
6 cloves garlic
8 pepper corns
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 piece coconut

For tempering:
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 onion (sliced)
salt to taste
1 tbsp vinegar

Steps:
  1. Boil the beef with potatoes and tomatoes till beef is cooked.

  2. Grind the masala and keep it aside. 

  3. In a vessel, heat ghee. 
  4. Add the sliced onion and fry till brown. 
  5. Add the cooked meat, ground masala, vinegar and salt to taste.
  6. Simmer for 1/2 an hour.
  7. ENJOY!
