Ingredients:
1 kg pork (cut in cubes)
1 onion (chopped)
few red chillies (to your spice level)
salt to taste

To grind
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
To grind

1 tsp cumin seeds
6-8 green chillies
1 1/2 tsp pepper corns
1/2 tsp turmeric
1" cinnamon stick
4 cloves
1 small pod garlic
1 onion
1/4 cup vinegar
Steps:

Steps:
- Grind the masala in vinegar. Keep aside.
- In a vessel, heat oil.
- Add a sliced onion and fry till golden.
- Add the ground masala and fry slightly.
- Add a few whole red chillies, pork and water.
- Cover and boil, adding salt and sugar to taste.
