Green Masala Pork - Karen Pereira

Ingredients:

1 kg pork (cut in cubes)
1 onion (chopped)
few red chillies (to your spice level)
salt to taste 
sugar to taste

To grind
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
6-8 green chillies
1 1/2 tsp pepper corns
1/2 tsp turmeric
1" cinnamon stick
4 cloves
1 small pod garlic
1 onion
1/4 cup vinegar

Steps:
  1. Grind the masala in vinegar. Keep aside. 

  2. In a vessel, heat oil.
  3. Add a sliced onion and fry till golden. 
  4. Add the ground masala and fry slightly.
  5. Add a few whole red chillies, pork and water.
  6. Cover and boil, adding salt and sugar to taste.
  7. ENJOY!
