Chicken Drumsticks - Maizy Aunty

Ingredients:
6 chicken legs (with slits)
oil for frying
1 green chili (sliced or slit)
handful of chopped coriander leaves

For the marinade:
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
lemon juice or vinegar to taste

Steps:
  1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients above for at least 1 hour. 

  2. In a pan, heat oil.
  3. Shallow fry the chicken on both sides. Transfer the chicken to a plate.

  4. In the same pan, fry a green chili and coriander leaves. 
  5. Add the chicken back in to the pan and mix well. 
  6. Serve with sweet pulao or ghee rice.
