Ingredients:
6 chicken legs (with slits)
oil for frying
1 green chili (sliced or slit)
handful of chopped coriander leaves
For the marinade:
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
lemon juice or vinegar to taste
Steps:
- Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients above for at least 1 hour.
- In a pan, heat oil.
- Shallow fry the chicken on both sides. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
- In the same pan, fry a green chili and coriander leaves.
- Add the chicken back in to the pan and mix well.
- Serve with sweet pulao or ghee rice.
