Mango Salad - Daisy aunty

Ingredients
2 almost ripe mangoes (peel the skin and slice thin)
1 onion (finely sliced)
1/4" ginger (finely chopped)
1 green chili (finely chopped)
1 capsicum (chopped) *Optional
salt to taste
1/4 tsp vinegar (if desired)

Steps:
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together carefully without adding oil or water. 
  2. ENJOY!

Notes:
  • Dont crush the mangoes. Mix together carefully.
